Laurence is a British audiobook narrator fond of fantasy and historical fiction—possibly due to his love of video games such as The Elder Scrolls and Assassin's Creed. Of course, Laurence is not averse to other genres and particularly enjoys world history and comedy. Even more so when the two are combined.

From his home studio, he has produced seven audiobooks for independent authors, rightsholders and publishing companies, from fantasy to psychological horror, including the humorous fantasy series The Envoys of Chaos by Dave Lawson. His narration skills have been described as "exceptional", "allowing the audience to follow a complex narrative easily" by various reviewers such as SFF Insiders, and audiobookreviewers.com.

After teaching himself to play the guitar, he graduated from The British & Irish Modern Music Institute with a degree in Professional Musicianship and uses the obtained skills alongside his life-long love of films and video games, to inform his audiobook performances and recording techniques.

Laurence has resided in Staffordshire in the West Midlands of the United Kingdom for all his life, though he loves to travel and explore new places. Aside from audiobooks and acting, Laurence also dabbles in drawing and loves to compose pieces of music, especially cinematic and orchestral pieces.
